What is the hazard with Pop Bubble Fidget Toy Keyrings sold via Amazon (2609-0228)?

Pop Bubble Fidget Toy Keyrings sold via Amazon (2609-0228) was announced in the last month, in the "Toys - Sensory Toys" category. The product presents a high risk of asphyxiation because the flexible plastic bag used for packaging has an area greater than 100 mm x 100 mm and a thickness below the minimum specified requirement. A child could place the bag over their mouth and nose, be unable to remove it, and asphyxiate. The product also poses a risk of choking as the pop-its and chains fitted wholly in the small parts cylinder. Improvements are also required to labelling and markings. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011. This falls under one of the more serious hazard categories (injury, choking or strangulation risk), so the recall covers every unit sold, not only units with a reported incident.
