What to do if you own this product
What is the hazard with Evermore Surprise Eggs?
Evermore Surprise Eggs was announced in a previous recall cycle, in the "Other" category. The toy airplane inside the egg contains levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health issues. That is the hazard as reported publicly by the firm and the regulator; it does not necessarily mean every unit has failed.
What should you do if you own this product?
Consumers should stop using the Surprise Eggs immediately and contact In Motion Design for a refund. Consumers should destroy the toy airplane, send a photo of the destroyed airplane to support@in-motion-design.com, and then dispose of the airplane in accordance with local and state laws. Sold at: 7-Eleven, Horizon, Speedway and Murphy stores nationwide from March 2025 through April 2025 for about $10.. If you bought it somewhere else, the remedy above still applies — contact the firm directly using the official recall page linked below.
How many units are affected?
About About 98,350 units of Evermore Surprise Eggs are covered by this recall, according to the official count reported by the firm to the regulator.
