What is the hazard with Victgoal Children’s Bike Helmets?

Victgoal Children’s Bike Helmets (Dongguan Hongtu Sports Goods Co. Ltd., of China) was announced earlier this year, in the "Headgear or Helmets" category. The recalled helmets violate the mandatory safety standard for bicycle helmets because the helmets do not comply with the retention system, positional stability and certification requirements. The helmets can fail to protect the user in the event of a crash, posing a serious risk of injury or death due to head injury. This falls under one of the more serious hazard categories (injury, choking or strangulation risk), so the recall covers every unit sold, not only units with a reported incident.

What should you do if you own this product?

Consumers should stop using the recalled helmets immediately and contact Victgoal for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to destroy the helmets by cutting the straps and then sending a photo of the destroyed product, showing the helmet’s production date to walmart@victgoal.com. Consumers should then dispose of the recalled product. Sold at: Sold Online At: Walmart.com from March 2026 through June 2026 for between $22 and $36.. If you bought it somewhere else, the remedy above still applies — contact the firm directly using the official recall page linked below.

How many units are affected?

About About 40 units of Victgoal Children’s Bike Helmets are covered by this recall, according to the official count reported by the firm to the regulator.
